I mostly use NOW for TV shows and films. The choice is decent. Usually something new on there. And I do like that they have HBO stuff too. Only thing is, some films disappear quick. Bit annoying if you save them for later. The kids section could have a bit more as well. Overall though, I’m happy with it. Not perfect. But good enough for casual watching. I keep finding stuff I actually want to watch.

I used my voucher without any trouble. Everything went through easily, so I’m happy with it.

I got Now TV mostly for live football, and the delay has been the thing I keep noticing. After a few matches, you start spotting the pattern: phone buzzes, group chat kicks off, then about half a minute later I’m finally seeing the move that led to the goal.
The picture is usually fine, so it’s not like the whole service is terrible, but for live sport that lag really takes you out of it. If you’re paying every month to watch games live, it’s frustrating when everyone else seems to be ahead of you

The TV app has been working fine for me so far. I’ve tried it on most of my devices, and it generally does what I need it to do without much trouble. I mostly just wanted something that would open, load properly, and let me watch without having to mess around with a bunch of settings, and it’s been okay for that

I downloaded a few shows before hopping on my train, and they played perfectly even when I had no signal. Super handy and the app was easy enough to use. A friend had recommended trying the download feature before traveling, and I’m really glad I listened.

NOW is fine for me most of the time, like day to day I don’t really have many complaints. It’s easy enough to use and usually just does what I need it to do. But then the simultaneous stream limit pops up when other people in the house are watching something too, and yeah, that’s when it gets a bit annoying. Not a dealbreaker or anything, and I still think it’s decent overall, I just wish it was a little more flexible for families

I wasn’t too happy with all the privacy and data tracking stuff. There are so many settings and little opt-ins that it’s hard to tell what you’re actually agreeing to. I feel like a lot of other customers would probably appreciate it being explained in a much clearer, simpler way.

I signed up thinking it would be straightforward, but my gut feeling quickly was that the pricing wasn’t as clear as it should be. There were add-ons and extra costs I only noticed after digging around in my account, which didn’t sit right with me. The cancellation pages also felt a bit messy and weirdly difficult, almost like they were trying to make me second-guess leaving. Maybe it’s technically explained somewhere in the fine print, but it should be much easier to understand before you pay.

This has been really frustrating. It keeps freezing on me, and the menus are so confusing that I end up feeling annoyed every time I try to use it

Not gonna lie, NOW TV does have a decent selection of stuff to watch, and it usually works fine for me. But the ads can get annoying, especially when you’re already paying and still getting interrupted so often. It’s not terrible overall, but it would be way better if they eased up on the ad load.

I couldn’t get into my account at first, which was frustrating, right? But support responded quickly and helped me sort it out. I was back to watching later that same night, so I can’t really complain

I use the service regularly and most of the time it’s fine for finding something to watch in the evening. The layout is decent enough and there’s usually a good mix of shows. That said, I’ve had a couple of times now where I’ve been halfway through something, gone back to continue it, and it’s just disappeared. I guess there are expiry notices somewhere, but they’re so easy to miss that I only realized after the show was already gone. It’s frustrating when you’re paying every month.

I use NOW with subtitles on most of the time, and it’s really hit and miss. Some shows have them and they work fine, but then other times they’re delayed, out of sync, or just missing completely, which gets frustrating fast when you actually rely on them.
The app itself is easy enough to get around, but the accessibility side still feels like it needs more attention. I’ve mentioned things like better caption consistency and bigger text options before, but it kind of feels like nobody actually read the message. It’s not awful, but it could be a lot better.

I tried cancelling before the renewal date, or at least I thought I did, but then I still got charged. Support took really long to get back and it felt like they just kept sending me to different places without actually fixing anything. Not the best experience, honestly

The price keeps creeping up, and then they still want extra money for things that should already be included, like decent picture quality. Everything feels chopped up into passes now just so they can charge again. I finally cancelled mine because I’m tired of pretending it’s worth it

I paid for this, but every time I’m abroad I still can’t watch anything. It’s really frustrating because I’m paying for access, yet the moment I travel, it just doesn’t work. I don’t get why I’m paying for a service I can’t actually use when I’m away. Same issue every trip, same annoying message, same disappointment.

I keep checking for new episodes, but they never seem to show up when they’re supposed to. I usually end up waiting days, which gets really "annoying" after a while.

Signing up was quick — I was done in just a few minutes. For some reason I had to type in my card info again once, which was a little annoying, but after that everything went through fine and worked like it should.

My first impression of NOW TV wasn’t great. The video quality is okay most of the time, but it randomly drops even when my internet is perfectly fine, which is annoying. HD looks decent, but it doesn’t feel as sharp as some other streaming apps I use. The audio is mostly clear, so no major complaints there, though sometimes the volume seems lower than it should be and I end up having to turn it up. Overall it’s not terrible, but for the price, I really expected a smoother and more consistent experience.
